Job Title: Sourcing Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Sourcing/Procurement Engineer with expertise in Electrical Engineering to manage and optimize procurement processes for electrical components and systems. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of high-quality materials and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Electronic Manufacturing Services Management: Oversee EMS Commercial and Operations to meet delivery, cost, and quality goals.
  • Cost Reduction: Implement best-in-class sourcing and lean manufacturing practices to drive cost reduction.
  • Supplier Management: Expedite component suppliers and manage material shortages to support on-time delivery.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve and de-escalate issues, driving necessary improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work independently with global teams to achieve goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 2-3 years of experience in Electronic Manufacturing Services/Contract Manufacturing management, Manufacturing/Engineering Operations, or Planning/Purchasing/Sourcing management. Strong knowledge in EMS/CM management, manufacturing processes, demand/supply planning, and logistics is required. Comprehensive knowledge in the Electronics Electrical category is essential.
