**Job Opportunity: Strategic Electrical Equipment Procurement Specialist**

 

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing procurement strategies for electrical equipment and cables. Your primary focus will be on ensuring timely and accurate administration of contracts and equipment forecast planning.

 

You will work closely with stakeholders to review project progress and identify opportunities for improvement. This includes collaborating with suppliers to resolve issues and ensure their performance meets expectations.

 

  • Develop forecasts of procurement requirements and timelines in accordance with the Strategic Asset Management Plan.
  • Execute the entire end-to-end tender process for Transmission electrical equipment and cables.
  • Perform ad-hoc procurement of Transmission electrical equipment and cables.

 

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

 

  • Hold a degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Have at least 5 years' experience in procurement or equivalent, preferably in an electrical equipment category.
  • Demonstrate understanding of procurement processes and principles.
  • Be able to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
