About This Role

This role is for an Equipment Specialist to join our team in the Etching Department. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics and 2-5 years of experience as an Equipment Engineer in semiconductor wafer fab. We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and good knowledge of semiconductor devices theory, electronics, and electrical control systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for equipment preventive maintenance, performance indices, and troubleshooting equipment-related problems. They will also assist in implementing and managing process improvement projects, ensure good housekeeping and safety practices in the Fab, and initiate task-force for short-term problem solving and long-term continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics
  • 2-5 years semiconductor wafer fab experience as an Equipment Engineer
  • Engineering knowledge of semiconductor devices theory, electronics, and electrical control systems
  • Familiarity with AMAT Centura Etch/AMAT Centura HDP CVD
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
