Job Title:

Dry Etch Equipment Specialist

Job Description:

The role of Dry Etch Equipment Specialist involves overseeing the performance of equipment, ensuring timely resolution of in-line SPC/defect/equipment abnormality and lot handling. The specialist will also be responsible for maintaining equipment capability for production and meeting production demand.

Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day monitoring and ownership of equipment performance
  • Maintenance of equipment capability for production and meeting production demand
  • Engagement with Production line and Process Engineers to balance tool availability for production, troubleshooting, and scheduled maintenance
  • Equipment troubleshooting and production quality improvement
  • Evaluation of new equipment/materials and retrofits of equipment for better efficiency and production quality

Qualifications:

  • At least a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Electronic Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Automation, or Aerospace Engineering
  • 2 years of relevant working experience in the semiconductor industry foundry
  • Prior leadership or competition experience in school activities will be an advantage
  • Ability to commit shift work
