Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team.

As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing top-notch service, ensuring all guests have a positive dining experience at our restaurant.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests with a friendly, positive and professional attitude
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in with diners and addressing any concerns
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area
  • Operate the POS system for processing payments
  • Assist in ensuring smooth operation of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, taking orders, setting tables, and cleaning the restaurant
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Prior working experience in the food and beverage industry would be advantageous
  • Demonstrated excellence in customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-groomed with a pleasant disposition
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Comfortable with flexible work hours including shifts, split shifts, weekends, and public holidays
