Customer Service Quality Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Quality Analyst to join our dynamic team at D L RESOURCES PTE LTD.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a strong background in customer service and analytical skills to drive call quality improvements and suggest process enhancements. As a key member of our Service Quality Framework, you will be responsible for analysing customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and working closely with our Group Customer Advocacy team to implement changes.
Key Responsibilities- To extract leads from daily surveys received via P-Web, SMS, IVR etc., and forward them to the GCA Team for further analysis.
- To map survey responses to customer data and compile a listing of 'Detractors' including verbatim, which will be forwarded to the NPS Champion for follow-up and loop closure.
- To manage NPS functions for our Mass market customers, work closely with stakeholders, and perform follow-up/service recovery calls for detractors with 0 to 4 ratings and customers who gave negative comments in the verbatim.
- To understand the Voice of the Customer (VOC) and place correct tagging for reporting purposes.
Requirements:
- A university degree holder or pursuing a degree in any discipline with a minimum 2 years experience preferably in a customer centre or financial services environment.
- A strong customer service mindset with good communication and customer-centric drive to improve customer experience.
- Bilingual in English and a second language (preferred).
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and able to work independently and as a team.
- Analytical skills to drive call quality improvements and suggest process improvements.
- Familiar with banking and/or credit cards process and products, systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Prior experience as a Bank's Call Centre Agent/TM for at least 2 years and must be universally-trained.
