At VDL ENABLING TECHNOLOGIES GROUP (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD., we are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead our program team in resolving technical and operational issues. As the first point of contact for both customer and factory, you will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of programs and resolving quality-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Communicate and align with customer and factory on program delivery schedules.
- Ensure closure of quality-related issues with factory and customer.
- Review Engineering Change Order (ECO) changes and update associate BOM to latest revision.
- Lead program team to address order material shortages to ensure production build is on schedule.
- Arrange shipment for Open Orders to meet customer needs.
- Communicate End of Life (EOL) items to customer to finalize replacement.
- Support and participate in company continuous improvement program.
- Degree in Engineering or other relevant qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience holding a senior manager appointment in manufacturing industry.
- Professional Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous in details.
- Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel functions.
- Good communication skills.
