
Fast-Track Career Development Administrative Support Professional

This role is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling daily administrative tasks, facilitating ordering of company supplies, and assisting with stocktaking.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of one year of experience in a back-office role, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a high-pressure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage data entry and filing related to daily tasks
- Facilitate the ordering process for company supplies and stationery
- Assist with company stocktaking and inventory management
- Receive and reconcile incoming shipments from vendors
- Liaise with shipping providers for import and export-related matters
- Assist with order fulfillment for international customers
- Create purchase orders and follow through with all related actions with suppliers
- Generate reports for ongoing business requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a back-office role
- Meticulous in nature with accuracy in data entry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
