Job Description:

The Wine Bar Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the wine bar, including handling customer service, overseeing staff, and maintaining the overall quality of the establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations, including supervising staff and ensuring seamless execution of events and services.
  • Develop and implement wine lists and menus that meet the needs and preferences of our customers.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers alike.
  • A strong understanding of wine knowledge and the ability to provide expert recommendations to customers.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and procedures, as well as cash handling and reconciliation processes.
