Job Title: IT Hardware Professional


Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled IT hardware professional to provide technical support and services for desktops and laptops to end users and corporate clients. As an IT hardware engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring prompt communication with customers regarding service appointments, updates, and incident resolution status.


Responsibilities:
  • Provide IT hardware support and services for desktops and laptops to end users and corporate clients.
  • Ensure prompt communication with customers regarding service appointments, updates, and incident resolution status.
  • Manage proper handling and transport of hardware parts during service transits.
  • Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics for hardware and software-related issues.
  • Install operating systems, firmware, and BIOS updates as required.
  • Manage end-user support comprehensively from initiation to resolution.
  • Track, manage, and resolve assigned support cases using a ticketing system.
  • Coordinate closely with dispatchers, team leads, and supervisors to ensure timely completion and closure of tasks.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum of O Level education
  • Basic understanding of hardware and software concepts.
  • Adaptable and open to change in a dynamic environment.
  • People-oriented with a willingness to embrace new opportunities and experiences.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to travel across the island daily (roaming role); transport expenses will be reimbursed.
