Senior Automation Systems Engineer

Job Title:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer to join our team.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in Instrumentation, Control and Automation (ICA) engineering works, with a strong background in PLC/DCS, DDC and SCADA programming.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review ICA Works specifications
  • Assist the Lead Engineer and manage the engineering design works for Control System Architecture, Data Communication Networks, Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)
  • Design, Engineering, FAT, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of System Control PLC/DCS, DDC and SCADA
  • Data Communication Network for ICA, BMS, ACMV, Fire Alarm Panels
  • Instrumentation
  • FAT and SAT of Interfacing Panels, Instruments, Pumps, etc
  • Cable Support System
  • Cabling & Termination Works

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering / Instrumentation & Control Engineering / Mechatronics / Advanced Diploma in Process Control and Instrumentation or equivalent
  • Experience in Selection, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Instrumentation
  • Experience in ICA engineering Works, preferably in water/wastewater projects
  • Programming of PLC/DCS, DDC and SCADA
  • Building Management (BMS), Fire Alarm, One-Way and Two-Way, ELV, ACMV system
  • Good knowledge in Autocad 2D, familiar with Microstation and Autocad 3D software
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Able to work under tight deadlines
  • Highly motivated and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in engineering, installation, testing and commissioning of ICA Works
