Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, order, and appearance of our hotel.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in housekeeping and be able to lead and manage a team of Room Attendants. You will be responsible for assigning tasks, inspecting work, and ensuring compliance with our hotel's standards and procedures.

You will also be responsible for monitoring forecasted occupancy and ensuring adequate manpower for cleaning checkout rooms, maintaining proper housekeeping/maintenance records, and supervising and training staff to prescribed hotel standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping
  • Able to lead and manage a team of Room Attendants
  • Independent
  • Work weekends and public holidays
  • Work day shifts and night shifts
  • Able to understand and converse in basic English
