Job Title: Advanced Process Development Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled engineer to join our team in the development of advanced semiconductor processes. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for defining and developing high voltage CMOS and BCDMOS processes that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and characterize high voltage devices such as DDD MOS, LDMOS, and VDMOS etc.
  • Define and establish high voltage process/device design rules for competitive device and process performance.
  • Conduct systematic design of experiment for process and device development/performance/reliability optimization.
  • Interact with cross-functional technical teams to get unit module setup, process/device simulation, modeling, and enablement done for developed processes.
  • Debug and solve high voltage CMOS/BCDMOS process/device problems.
  • Provide mentorship to fresh engineers/AEs.
  • Interact with internal & external customers and respond to technical queries.
  • Innovate new methods of continuous High Voltage process/device improvements.
Requirements:
  • Masters or PhD in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or Physics or equivalent (Bachelor's in Electronics Engineering with good relevant experience can also be considered).
  • >10 year's relevant experience in High Voltage CMOS/BCDMOS process development.
  • Strong understanding of CMOS, Bipolar and DMOS device physics is highly essential.
  • Familiarity with automotive grade device development.
  • Experience in high voltage device design, device debugging, process integration, device characterization, reliability aspect understanding and design rule understanding and creation capability.
  • Experience in device simulation and optimization using TCAD tool is most welcome.
