We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Process Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development and optimization of Plasma-Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition (PCVD) processes for advanced semiconductor manufacturing.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process engineering, with experience in developing and sustaining high-yield PCVD metals deposition processes. They will also possess excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and resolve technical issues.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing, optimizing, and sustaining PCVD metals deposition processes to ensure high yield and manufacturability
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including equipment, integration, and R&D, to drive process improvements and resolve technical issues
  • Analyzing process data, inline metrology, and defect trends to identify opportunities for enhancement and ensure process stability
  • Conducting structured problem-solving to resolve yield and performance issues, using methodologies such as DOE, SPC, and FMEA

What we look for in a candidate:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as chemical engineering or materials science
  • 5+ years of experience in process engineering, preferably in the semiconductor industry
