Key Roles and Responsibilities

The selected candidate will work as a Retail Sales Associate, contributing to the growth of our business by promoting various products and services to customers.

Key job responsibilities include:

  • Understand and explain to customers the range of jewelry offered by the company.
  • Promote different products, services, and schemes to customers.
  • Attend to customers and ensure service delivery standards are met in achieving total customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Ensure merchandise and displays are consistently well presented and displayed.
  • Manage and maintain the overall positive image of the showroom.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates with retail or jewelry experience have an added advantage. A minimum GCE 'N' level is required.

Working hours are 11am to 9pm, 6 days a week. Candidates must be able to work on weekends.
