About the Department

Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.

Our Operations

We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world.

Job Responsibilities

  • Application Management: Be responsible for all aspects of software development for an application or a set of applications (platform).
  • Design: Partner with Architects to ensure solution design complies with enterprise design principles, security and control standards.
  • Process/Technology Adoption: Drive adoption of methods (e.g. Agile) and industry practices.
  • Implementation Management: Verify technical implementation plan and ensure deployment package contents are complete.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in related field or equivalent experience.
  • Engineering or Development manager with more than 12 years of relevant experience in financial services industry – Corporate banking/Cash management.
  • Good and proven fundamental knowledge of project implementation for large-scale, multi-interfaces applications.
  • Experience in delivering projects in full SDLC / Agile methodologies.
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Good organizational skills and stakeholder management skills, with experience at coordinating multiple stakeholders in a diverse organization.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Self-starter, able to work independently.
  • Able to work within ambiguity.
  • Strong execution ability and able to see end-to-end closure of issues.
  • Demonstrate good initiative in issue resolution.
  • Result-oriented person with focus on delivery.
