About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team at Nordic Flow Control PTE. LTD. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing payroll functions, ensuring accurate and timely payments to employees.
Job Responsibilities:
- Process payroll via Info Tech Payroll system
- Maintain employee payroll records
- Prepare and submit Form IR21, IR8A, IR8S, Appendix 8A and Appendix 8B
- Filing of all government paid leave and claims
- Handle staff queries on benefit and payroll matters
- Undertake other HR functions and ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Familiarity with Employment, CPF/Foreign workers Levy Acts
- Diploma in Admin/HRM or equivalent
- At least 2 years relevant experience handling large headcounts
- Strong time management skills and proficiency in MS Excel
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of SGD 50,000 - 65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
