Talent Acquisition Sourcer Opportunity

We're seeking a proactive and solutions-focused Talent Acquisition Sourcer to partner with hiring managers, manage the recruitment lifecycle, build strong relationships with stakeholders, ensure high-quality candidate experiences, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Sourcer will be responsible for:

  1. Partnering with hiring managers to understand talent needs and deliver effective recruitment solutions.
  2. Managing the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to screening candidates.
  3. Building strong relationships with stakeholders to align hiring strategies with business goals.
  4. Ensuring high-quality candidate experiences while maintaining efficiency and accuracy.
  5. Adapting quickly to changing priorities and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
