We are seeking a skilled and experienced robotics systems lead to join our team. As a robotics systems lead, you will be responsible for leading the development of advanced robotics systems, including system architecture, requirements management, and risk assessment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement system architecture across core robotics subsystems, including control, perception, localization, navigation, and human machine interface.">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design modular, fault-tolerant, high-availability systems.">
  • Perform risk assessments and failure mode effects analysis (FMEA) in accordance with relevant standards.">
  • Define and document system and software requirements (SRS/SRSW), ensuring alignment with industry standards.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

">
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in robotics, mechatronics, systems engineering, or related technical discipline.">
  • 7+ years of experience in robotic product development, with 3+ years in mobile/autonomous mobile robot (AMR) systems.">
  • Strong knowledge of ISO or equivalent functional safety standards.">
  • Experience in requirements management, architecture, and risk assessment in regulated environments.">
  • Proficiency in tools such as DOORS, Jama, ROS/Gazebo, CAD, MATLAB/Simulink.">
  • Understanding of cybersecurity and interoperability standards in clinical IT (e.g., HL7, FHIR).">
