Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Due Diligence Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating customer information, conducting thorough research on customers and their associated parties, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

You will work closely with various stakeholders to gather information and documentation necessary for the due diligence process. This includes reviewing and analyzing data from various sources, identifying potential risks and issues, and escalating concerns to senior management as needed.

As a Customer Due Diligence Specialist, you will also be responsible for ensuring that customer information is accurate and up-to-date, and that all necessary documentation is properly stored and maintained.

In addition to your technical skills and experience, we are looking for someone who is able to work independently and as part of a team, communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders, and provide excellent customer service.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in any relevant field (e.g. finance, business, law)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
