Job Title: Customer Due Diligence Specialist
Join our team and be part of a dynamic organization that specializes in financial services. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Customer Due Diligence Specialist to join our team.
- Conduct thorough customer due diligence reviews for new client onboarding, ongoing periodic reviews, and material transactions such as termination, asset injection, distribution, etc.
- Review batch screening and manual screening alerts, investigate high-risk clients, and report where necessary, including Politically Exposed Persons, and obtain all necessary documentation.
- Sources relevant documentation, news articles, and internet searches to corroborate the clients' declarations.
- Escalates risk matters to AML compliance teams and/or senior management as required according to CDD procedures.
- Supports initiatives in areas of regulatory compliance, systems enhancements, and process improvements to increase efficiencies, reduce risk within the Private Trust team.
- Perform customer due diligence reviews for new client onboarding and ongoing periodic reviews.

What You Will Need:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Relevant experience in AML/CDD or related field.
