Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty. This includes designing programs to improve customer retention and reduce churn, as well as monitoring and analyzing customer feedback to inform marketing strategies.

Program Management

You'll design, implement, and manage various programs, including:

  • Customer Loyalty Program
  • Painter Engagement Programs
  • In-store Merchandising Model
  • Shop Assistant/Product Consultant Program

Small and Medium Projects

You'll work closely with country commercial teams to support the implementation of the painter team as per the defined sales organization structure. This includes facilitating the rollout of the GTM for servicing small and medium projects through painters purchasing from the SSO's.

Painter Engagement

You'll drive growth in offtake with painters by working with local sales teams, MDOs, and painter teams to roll out an optimal painter engagement program. This includes implementing SMART KPIs for painter program performance management in line with regional guidelines.

People and Organisation Development

You'll work together with sales teams to develop the capability of the painter team to deliver optimum results productively. This includes ensuring painters' key accounts teams are well-trained and equipped on the needed skills, tools, and information.

Channel Understanding

You'll understand the channel segmentation, strategy, and roadmap, as well as the role and importance of POST in the whole strategy. This includes understanding shopper behavior and needs on paints, color, and the role of POST in driving competitive advantage for the brand and business.

Performance Management

You'll closely collaborate with other functions to drive effectiveness. This includes setting clear and challenging performance targets for direct reports, regularly reviewing performance against targets, and initiating improvement plans if necessary.

Depot Tinting

You'll provide installation and training support for depot tinting at warehouse/distributor as per defined SOP. This includes ensuring adherence to depot tinting processes and machine maintenance schedules at warehouse/distributor as per defined SOP.

Asset & Product Stewardship and Sustainability

You'll manage relevant documentation, coordinating with relevant functions such as Purchasing, Finance, Legal, and Sales. This includes preparing Capex proposals for POST complying with Finance guidelines, ensuring all assets of POST are registered and accounted for properly, and ensuring internal documentation on placement/withdrawal/disposal of machines comply with internal and legal guidelines.

Requirements

We're looking for a Customer Marketing Manager with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. You should have 3-5 years of experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or a related role. You should also have a strong understanding of customer journey mapping and customer segmentation, as well as experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.

Preferred Skills

Experience in B2B marketing or SaaS industry, familiarity with customer feedback tools and survey platforms, and proficiency with data analysis tools like Google Analytics, Excel, or Tableau are preferred skills.
