Academic Content Acquisition Specialist

As a key member of our publishing team, you will be responsible for acquiring high-quality academic content in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) topics. Your role will encompass the full editorial process, from manuscript submission to publication.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Pursue and acquire exceptional content from renowned authors and experts in STEM fields.
  • Maintain harmonious relationships with stakeholders, including authors, reviewers, contributors, and colleagues.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, provide strategic guidance on future opportunities, and represent the organization at conferences and events.
  • Participate in marketing and promotional activities as needed.

Requirements:

  • A PhD or degree in Pure and Applied Sciences is essential.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills are mandatory.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines is crucial.
  • Effective teamwork and self-motivation skills are required.
  • Prior experience in academic publishing is highly desirable.
