Business Risk Development Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Business Risk team. As a Business Risk Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and/or enhancing business risk related projects, procedures, and processes.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and define strategy to accomplish objectives.
- Drive business plans and deliver multiple streams of work within scope, timeline, and budget by prioritizing and managing assigned project resources and project risk and issues.
- Manage and communicate with key stakeholders on status, key risks, and issues.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in Front Office processes enhancement and implementation of at least one business risk related project.
- Strong analytical skills and good knowledge of risk, regulatory, control, and process design.
- Ability to investigate and analyze issues with attention to details.
- Experience in agile and lean methodology is preferred.
- Willingness to learn and embrace challenges and changes.
- Able to rapidly assimilate and multi-task.
- Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills (both oral and written).
- Excellent team and organizational leadership skills working with cross-functional stakeholders.

OthersYou will be responsible for identifying data from bank's data sources, maintaining and managing databases for the team, and using this information to perform review of controls which offer valuable insights for identifying business risks and assessing the operational effectiveness of controls.
