We are seeking a highly skilled 3D Modeling and Rendering Specialist to join our team at 67 PALL MALL SINGAPORE LTD. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in using industry-standard software to create detailed and visually appealing 3D models and renderings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create accurate and detailed 3D models of interior spaces based on design specifications and architectural drawings.
  • Develop high-quality renderings to visualize design concepts and assist in decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with design teams to translate design ideas and concepts into workable 3D models and visualizations.
  • Provide creative input to enhance design solutions and improve the overall quality of visual presentations.
Technical Requirements:
  • Utilize AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, and V-Ray (or equivalent) to produce detailed drawings, models, and renderings.
  • Ensure models and renderings meet project standards and specifications.
Project Support:
  • Assist in the development and modification of design layouts to address practical considerations and client requirements.
  • Participate in design reviews and presentations, offering insights and adjustments as needed.
Collaboration:
  • Work closely with interior designers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure design accuracy and alignment with project goals.
  • Communicate effectively to address feedback and make necessary revisions to models and renderings.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 Year experience in 3D modeling and rendering of commercial/hospitality/F&B interior projects.
  • Must be proficient in AutoCad, SketchUp, 3D Max and V-ray or equivalent.
  • Able to assist in developing the design and layouts into workable solutions.
  • Interior Design experience preferred.
