Job Title:
Early Childhood Educator

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Early Childhood Educator. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to work with children aged 4 to 6 in a pre-school setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining trusting relationships with children through consistent, positive interactions. They will also support children with diverse learning needs through small group learning sessions and inclusive engagement strategies.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum Advanced Certificate in Early Childhood Care & Education (ACECCE) or higher. You will also require at least 3 years of relevant experience working with children in a pre-school setting. Additionally, candidates with an Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Intervention (Special Needs) or those with EIPIC experience and at least 2 years of early childhood education background are welcome to apply.

Skills and Qualifications:
Our ideal candidate will possess effective communication skills (both written and verbal). They will be proactive, responsible, and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive matters. They will also have experience in implementing learning activities in small group settings and demonstrate a nurturing and patient disposition.
