Job Title:

Solution Architect and Project Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our global teams in deploying ServiceNow-based solutions for clients worldwide.

  • The successful candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow project management, technical leadership, and organizational development.
Responsibilities:

Lead client engagements and report to engagement managers.
Develop ServiceNow platforms and manage release/version upgrades.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on end-to-end development and complex workflows.
Design innovative technical solutions to business processes and applications.
Maintain effective client follow-up systems to ensure timely project progress and satisfaction.
Investigate and analyze key client organizational processes.
Contribute to strategic vision development for product enhancement.
Design architecture solutions in appropriate platforms.
Apply in-depth functional knowledge of ITIL and ServiceNow to customer needs and requirements.
Provide advice on industry best practices and process methodology.
Manage and lead a team of employees, communicate company goals, safety practices, and deadlines to the team. Motivate team members and assess their performance.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5-9 years of professional experience in ServiceNow project management, technical leadership, and organizational development.
Expert ServiceNow knowledge and JavaScript expertise.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a logical and systematic approach to solving analytical tasks.
Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal & non-verbal).
Team leading & project management skills.
Embrace design thinking and continuous learning.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and At least 2 ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
