About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an admin cum sales support executive. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our music school.
Responsibilities:
• Answer all incoming telephone calls and enquiries, providing excellent customer service and handling all correspondence with ease.
• Enrol new students, arranging teacher schedules and ensuring seamless communication between staff and students.
• Assist the centre manager in all matters at the centre, maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion.
• Maintain the centre's common areas, ensuring they are kept neat, clean and orderly at all times.
• Manage petty cash, keeping accurate records and submitting them on a monthly basis.
• Collect assessment fees and term fees, issuing receipts and handling any queries or issues that may arise.
• Receive applications for assessment or term fees, processing them efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
• Any diploma or related certification is desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
