Logistics Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Logistics Operations Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations, coordinating logistics efficiently, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate air and sea permits, as well as GST declarations, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Submit critical documentation to CCN in a timely manner, requiring attention to detail.
  • Manage booking and preparation of AWB to optimize logistics efficiency.
  • Handle air and sea documentation with strong organizational skills.
  • Prepare job sheets and billing accurately to support financial reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential for effective performance.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills are necessary for successful collaboration and communication.
  • Supply chain expertise is beneficial for efficient logistics management.
  • Knowledge of freight and transportation principles is crucial for air and sea operations.
  • Administrative support skills are vital for maintaining office operations.
  • Excellent customer service skills are necessary for resolving client issues.
  • Scheduling abilities ensure seamless project coordination.
  • Basic shipping knowledge is beneficial for navigating logistical complexities.
Working Hours:

Monday to Friday (9am-5:30pm), Saturday (9am-1:30pm)
