Job Description

We are seeking a skilled SMT Operator to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating surface mount technology machines, ensuring the quality of assembled PCBs, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics manufacturing, with experience working with SMT machines and assembly lines. They will also possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate SMT machines, including screen printers, pick-and-place, reflow ovens, and AOI
  • Assist in machine setup, calibration, and minor maintenance
  • Inspect assembled PCBs for solder quality and components alignment
  • Coordinate with teams for quality-related issues
  • Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • GCE 'O' level or Nitec certificate in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
  • Previous working experience in Electronics Manufacturing Industry (an added advantage)
  • Ability to read and understand technical manuals and assembly instructions in English
  • Positive working attitude and communication skills (Mandarin & English)
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
