Job Title: Surface Mount Technology Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To operate the Surface Mount Technology Machines, including screen printers, pick-and-place, reflow ovens, and Automated Optical Inspection (AOI).
  • Assist in machine setup, calibration, and minor maintenance.
  • Adhere to production schedules and meet daily output targets.
  • Inspect assembled Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) for solder quality and component alignment.
  • Coordinate with teams regarding quality-related issues.
  • Familiarize yourself with work instructions and standard operating procedures.
  • Complete production logs and reports accurately and on time.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

GCE 'O' Level, Nitec, or a certificate in Electrical/Electronic Engineering is required. Previous experience in Electronics Manufacturing Industry is an added advantage.

Candidates must possess excellent communication skills (Mandarin and English), be able to read and understand technical manuals and assembly instructions in English, and have a positive working attitude.

Other essential skills include the ability to work independently and as part of a team, being physically fit, willing to learn, and available to work overtime when needed.
