Job Title: Waste Management Crew Member

Our organization seeks a reliable and skilled Waste Management Crew Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be physically fit, and have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the collection of waste materials and recyclables from municipal and industrial premises
  • Guide drivers during the collection process, including vehicle reversing
  • Assist in the disposal of waste/recyclables to authorized facilities
  • Reinstate work areas after spills or accidents
  • Properly handle equipment and receptacles
  • Maintain vehicles in a clean and safe condition
  • Ensure collection is conducted safely and according to company SOPs
  • Comply with workplace health and safety requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Physically fit and able to perform tasks that require lifting and carrying
  • Willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Located at Bedok Depot, with a 6-day workweek and one rest day
  • Working hours: 7 am to 3:20 pm, with potential overtime
