We are seeking a skilled Drafter to join our team. As a key member of our drafting department, you will be responsible for creating detailed shop drawings, fabricate drawings, and as-built drawings.
Responsibilities:
- Develop models, construct, document, and produce techniques
- Assist in general quantity surveying duties such as pre/post contract tasks, taking-off quantities, cost control, variations, finalization of costs, and tender administrative tasks
- Monitor site progress and confirm sub-contractors', vendors', and suppliers' obligations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a construction-related or civil engineering field
- Effective communication skills
- Knowledge of structural requirements is beneficial
- Academic background in relevant structure steel, building, or engineering
- Familiarity with all construction trades and practical aspects of architectural joinery works is an advantage
- Proficiency in Tekla Software and Autocad
- Able to work on multiple projects within a simultaneous timeline
- Highly motivated, responsible, and team player with good interpersonal skills
