">In this highly influential and strategic leadership position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for client vendor managers in designated countries. This role demands exceptional communication skills, as you will attend meetings with client vendor managers, including Operations and Governance sessions.

As a Senior Clinical Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing activities at the regional level, encompassing frontloading initiatives. Your involvement in process review and implementation within the region is crucial to ensuring seamless operations. You will work closely with client vendor managers to align strategies and provide resource information per country.

One of your key responsibilities will be leading a team of managers supporting client clinical studies. You will ensure projects are adequately resourced and team members meet client objectives. Responsibilities include planning, guiding, addressing issue escalations, and resolving problems.

You will also support the Regional Operations Lead on strategies and local client relationships. Participating in the interview process, you will ensure new managers are properly onboarded and trained. Providing necessary materials, system access, and training, you will oversee training plans, SOP reviews, and training experiences.

Developing strategies to identify quality risks and issues, you will create corrective action plans to prevent or address deficiencies. Ensuring staff meet quality metrics through regular review and reporting, you will collaborate with global and regional team members and other leadership to manage client partnership challenges and deliver excellent customer service."] ,
