We are seeking a skilled Private Equity Associate to join our team.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background and 1-3 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity or consulting.

They will be responsible for:

  • Active engagement in portfolio management, including attending board meetings and interacting with management teams;
  • Supporting the evaluation and execution of investments in minority private equity, growth capital, buyouts and structured capital transactions;
  • Assisting in negotiations, structuring, valuation work, due diligence and legal matters;
  • Managing and assisting with live projects, including potential cross-staff deals with other teams within the firm.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A strong deal execution experience, preferably in M&A and/or ECM transactions;
  • Excellent commercial judgment, coupled with experience in financial modeling, sector research and execution skills;
  • Ability to effectively manage relationships with management teams, diligence advisors, bankers and navigate internal processes and stakeholders;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with organizational abilities and multitasking capacity;
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with attention to detail.
