**Senior Investment Associate - Private Equity, Secondary Investments - Global Private Markets**

Our partners, a global private market investment firm with nearly $100billion AUM is seeking for a Senior Investment Associate for their investment team specialising in **Private-equity secondary markets and investments**.

As a Senior Investment Associate, you will be responsible for investment due diligence, deal shaping and structuring, closing transactions, monitoring investments and direct communication with investors.

This is a unique opportunity to join and be part of the Asia expansion plans.

**What we look for**:

- Thorough knowledge of **Private Equity Markets** and financial expertise
- Experience gained in the financial investment sector, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, funds, or similar finance & banking related experience
- Demonstrate knowledge and experience of the **Private-equity Secondary Markets & Investments**:

- Strong experience with the process from sourcing and analysis through to closing
- Lead large transactions from sourcing to closing
- Ability to carry functions such as deal shaping and structuring, investment analysis/monitoring, investment due diligence, transaction closing, sourcing, management
- Experience in in-depth analysis of investments, modelling, transactions, capital structures
- Understand transactions and the structuring of multi-asset deals
- Understand and review legal documents relating to deals
- Strong ability to communicate with investors in providing reports and updates in tracking Secondary Investment performance and results
- Ability to present findings to senior investment professionals within the team
- Role based in Singapore
