Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively lead the practice by setting strategy and driving new business development.
  • Build strong networks to spot opportunities and get involved in projects across different business units and sectors.
  • Identify and discuss key issues with clients to identify potential opportunities.
  • Lead day-to-day client communications and manage engagement financials.
  • Develop project teams, assess engagement risks, drive conclusions, and review team output.
About You
  • Possess good degree qualifications in accounting or business from recognized universities, or professional accounting qualifications.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in global accounting firms with knowledge of financial due diligence and M&A processes.
  • Demonstrated expertise in leadership roles providing financial due diligence services to large company and private equity fund clients.
  • Extensive knowledge assessing a target company's quality of earnings, net assets, and cash flows.
  • Prior experience working in South East Asia is highly regarded.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills including data interpretation, insight generation, and solution construction.
  • Enthusiasm to work as part of a team across multiple geographies meeting challenging client deadlines.
  • Will to travel.
