We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Professional to join our team.

Job Description:

As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support, ensuring a seamless experience for our patients. Your primary responsibility will be to serve patients with a keen interest in the healthcare industry, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.

  • You will assist doctors and nurses in basic medical care as needed, demonstrating a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
  • You will be responsible for scheduling future appointments, registering patients, and data entry of patient particulars into our hospital system.
  • You will handle phone calls and inquiries, providing accurate and timely information to our patients and their families.
  • You will also perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by our healthcare team leaders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A minimum GCE N/O or 'A' Levels / Diploma and above
  • A keen interest in the healthcare/medical industry
  • No prior experience is necessary, as we provide full training to our new hires
  • BASIC knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to start work immediately
