Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Actively participate in business development activities to identify and reach out to potential clients and projects, ensuring the growth and success of our business.
  • Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of their objectives, and delivering high-quality results that meet and exceed their expectations.
  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, resource requirements, and outlining timelines to successfully clinch projects, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and effective budget management.
  • Concept Development: Generate compelling video concepts and craft pitch presentations showcasing proposed concepts aligned with client objectives and project briefs, demonstrating your ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with our video team to develop detailed storyboards, scripts, and visual treatments, ensuring seamless communication and coordination throughout the production process.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with clients to present and discuss ideas, addressing feedback and refining pitches as needed, demonstrating your ability to build strong relationships and deliver results.
  • Pre-Production: Coordinate all pre-production activities, including casting, location scouting, and securing necessary permits, ensuring a smooth and efficient production process.
  • Resource Management: Efficiently allocate resources and manage budgets, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • On-Set Direction: Provide creative direction on set, guiding talents and crew members to achieve the desired vision while managing client feedback and expectations, demonstrating your ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Post-Production: Work closely with editors and other post-production professionals to ensure the final product aligns with the initial vision and client expectations, ensuring a high-quality finish.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage digital file management and other ad hoc tasks, ensuring that all administrative duties are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Planning and Organisation: Possess good planning and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrate a positive attitude toward problem-solving, with the ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions.
  • Communication: Possess good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
  • Portfolio: Showcase a portfolio demonstrating successful video pitches and project management, highlighting your ability to deliver high-quality results.

  • Education: Candidates from Mass Comm, Film & media/comms courses are preferred, with a strong understanding of video production principles and practices.
