Job Title: Part-time Clinic Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient Care:

    • Liaising with patients, healthcare providers, and specialists to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Providing administrative assistance, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining patient records.
    • Assisting with daily operations, including inventory management, purchasing, and supplies ordering.
  • Clinical Duties:
    • Dispensing medications, financial counseling, and assisting with laboratory and imaging services.
    • Ensuring the safety and cleanliness of the premises and consultation rooms.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications:
    • Minimum O'Levels or equivalent qualification.
    • Relevant experience in a clinic or healthcare setting.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication and liaison.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Excellent organizational skills to ensure quality service delivery.
    • Computer literacy and proficiency in billing and negotiation.
