Job Title: Strategic ServiceNow Visionary
- Lead global teams to deliver cutting-edge ServiceNow solutions globally.
- Support multiple projects, working directly with clients to drive business outcomes.
- Analyse and plan strategic visions for clients to enhance their digital transformation.
- Advise clients on best-in-class technology solutions to meet their evolving needs.
- Oversee daily operations of project teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Deliver tailored solutions for clients through software applications.
- Conduct needs assessments, configure applications to meet client requirements.
- Integrate third-party apps, build strong relationships with clients.
- Train and provide ongoing client support to ensure long-term success.
- Work closely with customers to understand their business needs and deliver customized solutions.
- Provide leadership focus for both your team and for the clients you are supporting.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in client engagements and reporting to engagement managers to ensure project success.
- Develop and manage ServiceNow platform development to drive innovation.
- Experience with release/version upgrades including scheduling cloning and migration of data from instances with ServiceNow.
- End-to-End development and complex workflows to meet client requirements.
- Apply innovative technical solutions to business and application processes to drive efficiency.
- Define and document procedures for processes and workflows to ensure consistency.
- Work on multiple projects as a project team member or leader to deliver results.
- Responsible for troubleshooting problems as reported by users to ensure timely resolution.
- Communicate effectively with management and other members of the project to ensure alignment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned and defined by management to ensure project success.
- Investigate, document, and analyse key client organisational processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain an effective client follow-up system to ensure clients are contacted regarding project progress and overall satisfaction.
- Take charge of finding information sources, gathering, and interpreting problem statements to drive solutions.
- Execute analysis and present findings to team members and stakeholders to inform decision-making.
- Contribute to the development of a strategic vision for product development and enhancement to drive growth.
- Design and architect solutions in appropriate platforms to meet client requirements.
- Apply in-depth functional knowledge of ITIL and ServiceNow to customer needs and requirements.
- Provide advice to customers regarding industry best practices and process methodology to drive success.
- Conduct analysis, design, evaluation, modification, testing, and implementation of enterprise-wide systems across functional areas to drive efficiency.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through the delivery of high-quality, timely, and thorough solutions to customer problems.
- Enhance and increase ServiceNow knowledge through continuous learning, training, and certification to stay up-to-date.
- Manage and lead a team of employees, communicate company goals, safety practices, and deadlines to the team.
- Motivate team members and assess their performance to drive growth.
- Provide help to management, including hiring and training, and keep control updated on team performance.
- Own project delivery to ensure timely and successful completion.
Requirements:
- A minimum 5-9 years of professional experience in leading global teams and delivering ServiceNow solutions.
- Expert ServiceNow knowledge and experience with release/version upgrades.
- Expert JavaScript knowledge to drive innovation in software applications.
- Comfortable with organisation leadership roles and working towards the organisation's goal and values.
- Openness to travel to meet with clients and work on-site.
- Tertiary education preferred but not required.
- Extensive ServiceNow project experience to drive success.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- A logical and systematic approach to solving analytical tasks to drive results.
- Willingness to invest time in its knowledge and competencies to stay up-to-date.
- Communication and presentation skills (verbal & non-verbal) to drive success.
- Team leading and project management skills to deliver results.
- Embrace design thinking to drive innovation.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- At least 2 ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
