Job Summary

  • We are seeking a diligent Warehouse Associate to join our team in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, and dispatching finished products – Medications. Conducting Quality Check for the Medications package received is also an essential part of this role. Additionally, they will ensure that customers' orders are picked and packed correctly, as well as maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse.

Working conditions may include operating in a GMPRoom or Cold Room environment. In the GMP Room, medications will need to be packed in small quantities, and working in a clean room environment requires attention to detail. The Cold Room stores medications in a temperature-controlled environment, with a jacket provided for safety.

To excel in this position, applicants should possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively within a team. A good understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is advantageous but not necessary.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Receiving, storing, and dispatching finished products – Medications
  • Conducting Quality Check for the Medications package received
  • Picking and packing customers' orders correctly
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse
