Warehouse Operations Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Operations Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all activities related to shipment and inventory in the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and receive incoming shipments, ensuring they meet quality standards
  • Loading and unloading of incoming and outgoing goods, utilizing forklifts and other equipment as necessary
  • Picking and packing of goods for delivery, verifying accuracy against shipping documents
  • Manage and coordinate physical inventory, performing cycle counts as requested
  • Process inbound and outbound inventory into our ERP system
  • Prepare relevant documents before delivery, including invoices and delivery orders
  • Coordinate with local transporters to deliver goods to customers
  • Ensure general housekeeping of the warehouse, maintaining a clean and safe environment
  • Perform any other duties assigned by your reporting manager

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Able to operate warehouse equipment, such as hand pallets
  • Possession of a forklift license is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
  • A team player, diligent, and responsible individual
  • Willingness to work overtime, on holidays, and weekends as needed or requested
