- Certifications in Early Childhood Care & Education (FCECCE) and Preschool Teaching are essential.
- First Aid Certification is advantageous, as is experience in toddler care.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are crucial for building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
