**Job Title:** Passenger Transporter


Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious transport professional to operate both school and tourism routes. This dual-role position involves transporting children to and from school on regular routes, as well as driving tourists to various destinations during off-school hours, weekends, or holidays.

The ideal candidate will be punctual, courteous, and committed to passenger safety and service excellence. Key responsibilities include safely transporting students to and from school, field trips, and school-related events, while also ensuring students board and exit the bus safely.

Maintain discipline and a safe environment on the bus, conduct daily vehicle inspections and safety checks, and report any incidents, delays, or mechanical issues promptly.

Tourism Route Responsibilities:

Drive tourists to scheduled destinations and attractions as per tour itineraries, provide general information or commentary (as required), and coordinate with tour guides.

Assist passengers with boarding, luggage, and seating, maintain a clean and welcoming vehicle interior, and follow route schedules and adapt to traffic or road conditions as necessary.

General Responsibilities:

Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies, keep accurate driving logs and records, and communicate effectively with dispatch, school officials, and tour coordinators.

Perform routine bus maintenance checks and report service needs, maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times, and ensure strong safety record and commitment to child and passenger safety.

Requirements:

  • Candidates with a diploma or degree, as well as those holding a valid license and relevant experience, will be considered even if they do not possess formal qualifications.
  • Clean driving record.

Previous experience driving school buses and/or tour buses preferred, strong ability to work split shifts and flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, good communication and customer service skills, and ability to manage and supervise children in a bus setting.
