Job Title: Strategic Land Governance Professional

Spearhead the development and implementation of strategic policies on land and infrastructure for Singapore's defence needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and govern strategic policies on land and infrastructure for Singapore's defence needs.
  • Develop strategies to safeguard MINDEF/SAF's operational, security and training requirements for land.
  • Drive and oversee infrastructure governance frameworks.
  • Analyse complex policy issues and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Drive policy implementation.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of work experience in policy making, strategic planning, governance, engineering and/or project management.
  • Proficiency with data analytics and visualisation tools.
  • Strong critical thinking abilities.
  • Strategic planning skills.
  • Strong communication (both written and spoken) skills.
  • Presentation skills.
