Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Role Description:

The primary objective of this role is to implement and manage condition monitoring programs for customers in various industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, operating, and optimizing vibration monitoring routes for rotating equipment in plants.

The ideal candidate will have experience with vibration analysis, thermography, and ultra-sound monitoring techniques. They should also possess knowledge of rotating equipment used in oil & gas, petrochemical, or process industries.

In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will require excellent communication and problem-solving skills. They will work closely with stakeholders to understand customer needs and provide recommendations for equipment optimization.



Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and operate condition monitoring programs for customers in various industries.
  2. Implement and optimize vibration monitoring routes for rotating equipment in plants.
  3. Collect routine and ad-hoc vibration data from equipment as per schedule.
  4. Analyze vibration data, report abnormalities, and provide recommendations.
  5. Monitor key KPIs on a periodic basis.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
  • 2-8 years of experience in condition monitoring and vibration analysis.
  • Knowledge of rotating equipment used in oil & gas, petrochemical, or process industries.
  • Vibration Analyst certification (category 1 or 2).
  • Experience with portable vibration analyzers (e.g., Emerson 2140 or SKF).
