As a seasoned corporate secretary, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our organization. Your expertise in governance and compliance will be instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of corporate conduct.
- You will provide a full range of corporate secretarial services, including:
- Statutory compliance and due diligence certification
- Filing statutory documents with Companies Act 1967 and other regulatory bodies
- Liaising with third-party partners for effective communication and issue resolution
- You will assist in preparing and drafting minutes of general meetings, board, and committee meetings to maintain accurate records and facilitate decision-making processes.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2-4 years of work experience in corporate secretarial roles
- A proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
