Job Title: Educator of Literature

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated educator to join our team as an Instructor of Literature for Junior College students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver engaging lesson plans for GCE 'A' level Literature (Paper 1 and/or the Elective paper in Romantic poetry) that cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Evaluate student performance through assignments, assessments, and provide constructive feedback to aid in their growth.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents to promote a supportive learning environment.
  • In-charge of at least one co-curricular activity or committee, ensuring students' social and cognitive needs are met.
  • Participate in regular meetings, training events, and contribute to departmental goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field is mandatory.
  • A Post-Graduate Diploma in Education is preferred.
  • Familiarity with education technology and data analytics is advantageous.
  • Excellent classroom management skills and ability to work effectively with students aged 13-18.
  • Possess outstanding communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
