Key Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site maintenance support for servers and storage systems, including troubleshooting and replacement of hardware and operating systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to server and storage hardware and operating systems.
  • Handle hardware migration and implementation projects, ensuring seamless transitions for customers.
  • Perform regular preventive and proactive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Evaluate and escalate complex technical issues to ensure timely resolution.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar capacity, with a diploma or above in Computer Engineering or Science.
  • Strong knowledge of server and storage hardware configuration, with experience in Microsoft Windows, Unix, ESX, and Linux operating systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve computer hardware-related issues for IBM, DELL, and HP systems.
  • Excellent customer service and team efficiency skills, with the ability to provide non-office hours standby and support service.
